“At times, it is scary to not know how to help my son. I feel great relief in working with HOPE.”
— Miles’ dad

Dear HOPE Supporter,
May is Better Hearing and Speech Month, making it the perfect time to reflect with supporters like you who have changed the lives of children like Miles on his journey to listen and talk. Miles’ dad explains why HOPE is so important to him as a parent and Miles as a child who is deaf. He says, “I want to be able to give Miles every tool that he needs to be able to grow, develop, and function in society. HOPE’s teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing have studied and been trained in how to best teach my son so he can be the best that he can be!”
This month is also our last full month in the classrooms we have called home since opening our doors in 2004. Our new home will be at Fifth & Sherman, and we are excited to create the same oral language learning experiences we’ve provided children and their families for over 13 years.
Your gift in any amount will help us cover one-time relocation costs to refurnish our classes and the added costs we will incur in our new home, such as increased rent, utilities, and contracting with a specialized speech-language pathologist for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Donate in the month of May so we are ready to make our move in June!

Your mid-year gift will ensure that children like Miles will continue to have HOPE!
Gratefully,
