Ancel is a dedicated preschool teacher at HOPE, where she combines enthusiasm and care to support children in developing their spoken language and listening skills. With a focus on personalized learning, she uses innovative teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student. Ancel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, with a minor in Coaching, from Delta State University in 2020, followed by her Master of Science in Deaf Education from Washington University School of Medicine in 2024. During her academic journey, she fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and is now thrilled to be fulfilling her dream of becoming a deaf educator in the region.
